Durgapur Steel Plant Proficiency Training for Nurses 2024: Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP), a unit of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and a Maharatna Company, invites applications from qualified and enthusiastic nurses to join the Proficiency Training program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the state-of-the-art 600-bed DSP Hospital under the Medical & Health Services (M&HS) department.

Eligibility Criteria
- Indian national with required qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Minimum age: 18 years on the date of the walk-in interview.
- Valid certificates/documents for educational and professional qualifications.
- OBC-NCL and EWS certificates should be valid for the financial year 2024-25.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a walk-in interview. A maximum of 70 candidates per day will be interviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional candidates will be interviewed on subsequent days. The final selection is based on interview performance, with a tie-breaker decided by the aggregate marks in qualifying exams.

Important Instructions
- Candidates must carry a filled-in application (Annexure-A) and undertaking letter (Annexure-B).
- Original certificates will be verified during the interview and at the time of joining.
- Proficiency trainees without a Registration Certificate must submit it within three months of joining.
- The training period is strictly for skill enhancement and does not guarantee a permanent job.
- DSP reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
