Eligibility Criteria

  • Research Associate (RA – Physics): Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent degree OR Postgraduate degree in Physics with 3 years of research/teaching/design & development experience.
  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
    • Chemistry: Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with first division and NET qualification.
    • Physics: Postgraduate degree in Physics with first division and NET qualification.
    • Electronics & Communication: B.E./B.Tech. with first division and NET/GATE qualification OR M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication with first division.

Age Limit

  • Research Associate (RA): Not exceeding 35 years.
  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Not exceeding 28 years.
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates.
