- Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Government Company / Public Sector / Private Sector Company with paid-up capital or annual turnover of ₹100 Crores or more.
- Desirable Experience: Preference for candidates with at least 1 year’s experience in handling Company Law matters in the Power Sector Government Company.
