Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech. in CSE, ECE, EEE, E&I or equivalent OR M.Sc. Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent from a recognized university
- Maximum age: 25 years as on 26/11/2025 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH/Female and 3 years for OBC)
- Only fresh graduates with at least a provisional certificate or consolidated mark sheet are eligible
- Applicants who have served 6/7 years as project staff in CSIR are not eligible

- Rs. 25,000 + HRA per month (for others)
