Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Technical Assistant:
   • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subjects (e.g., Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, etc.) with at least 60% marks and one year of relevant experience.
   • Desirable: Experience in handling advanced analytical instruments or working in quality control/research labs.
2. Technician (Grade 1):
   • Essential: 10th Standard with 55% marks and ITI certificate in the relevant trade OR 2 years of full-time apprenticeship in the relevant field.
   • Desirable: Hands-on experience in laboratory work, maintenance, or relevant technical skills.

Age Limit (as of 31.01.2025)

• Technical Assistant: Maximum 28 years
• Technician (Grade 1): Maximum 28 years
• Relaxation as per government norms.

Selection Process

1. Trade/Skill Test:
   • Candidates will undergo a skill or trade test specific to the post.
2. Written Examination:
   • Paper 1: Mental Ability Test (50 Questions, 100 Marks, No Negative Marking)
   • Paper 2: General Awareness and English Language (50 Questions, 150 Marks, Negative Marking Applies)
   • Paper 3: Concerned Subject Knowledge (50 Questions, 150 Marks, Negative Marking Applies)
3. Merit List:
   • Final merit list will be prepared based on the written examination.
