Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) or MCA degree from a recognized institute. The minimum qualifying marks are 60% for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates receive a 5% relaxation in marks.
- Appearing Candidates: Those who are in their final year of study (academic year 2023-24) and have appeared for GATE-2024 are also eligible. Such candidates must submit their final results before the final selection process.
Selection Process
- Eligible candidates must have appeared for GATE-2024. Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE-2024 scores, and discipline-wise, category-wise merit will be prepared.
- In case of a tie in GATE scores, the applicant with a higher percentage in the qualifying exam will be preferred. If a tie persists, the older candidate will be given preference.

Age Limit

Salary and Benefits

- After Training: On successful completion, candidates will be placed in E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000, plus benefits like Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical facilities, and performance-related pay.
