Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: B.Arch graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute/University approved by AICTE/UGC
- Desirable Qualifications: Possession of M.Arch
- Essential Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in major infrastructure projects (Metro Rail, Railways, etc.) or large-scale mixed-use development
- Experience Required: Design & development of Metro stations, property development integration, architectural & interior design, landscape, TOD principles, sustainable design, coordination with consultants & departments, proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
Salary Structure
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1,45,000/- per month
Additional Benefits: Medical & Personal Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile reimbursement, and other allowances as per CMRL policy. There is also a possibility of absorption into IDA Pay Scale after 2 years of satisfactory service.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 43 Years (Age relaxation applicable for deserving and experienced candidates)
