Eligibility Criteria
Faculty
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant fields such as MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, BSc (Agri.), or BA with B.Ed.
- Flair for teaching with computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in local language, fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
- Preference for previous experience as a Faculty.
FLCC Counsellor
- Graduate from a UGC recognized university.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and local language.
- Effective communication skills in the local language.
- Preference for retired nationalized bank officers or government employees with banking knowledge.
Age Limit
- Faculty: 22 to 40 years
- FLCC Counsellor: Generally above 45 years and less than 65 years as on 31 January 2026
