Designation & Pay Structure:
- Assistant Professor Grade-I:
- Academic Pay Level-12 (₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400)
- Initial Pay: ₹1,01,500; Promotion to Level 13A1 after 3 years (₹1,31,400 – ₹2,04,700)
- Assistant Professor Grade-II:
- Academic Pay Level-10 (₹57,700 – ₹98,200)
- Initial Pay: ₹89,800; Promotion to Level-11 after 1 year, and to Level-12 after 3 years.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Ph.D. with a first class or equivalent in a relevant branch and a strong academic record, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience (excluding Ph.D. duration).
- Assistant Professor Grade-II: Ph.D. with a first class or equivalent in a relevant branch and a strong academic record.
