AIESL Recruitment 2024: AIESL invites applications from Indian Nationals fulfilling the requirements as of 1st September 2024 to fill up posts of GRADUATE ENGINEER (TRAINEE) and also to form a panel for future requirements, on a Fixed Term Employment basis for an initial period of five years and further extension based on the Company’s requirement and subject to the performance of the candidate. The selected candidates may be posted at any region/station of the company depending upon the requirement of AIESL.

Eligibility Criteria for AIESL Graduate Engineer Trainee
Educational Qualification (as of 1st September 2024)
- Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Aeronautical
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Telecommunications
- Instrumentation
- Electronics & Communication
- Industrial Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Candidates must have secured 60% or above marks (for General/EWS category) and 85% or above in GATE. Relaxation is provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates with a minimum 80% in GATE.
AIESL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit (as of 1st September 2024)
- General/EWS: Maximum age is 28 years.
- OBC: Maximum age is 31 years.
- SC/ST: Maximum age is 33 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation will be given based on the duration of military service plus three years.
AIESL Recruitment 2024 Emoluments and Benefits
- Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 40,000/- during the first year of training.
- After training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Engineers, with a salary ranging from Rs. 59,000/- to Rs. 79,000/- per month, depending on their experience and performance.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must sign a service bond committing to work for AIESL for at least 5 years. In case of breach, they are liable to pay ₹3 lakh.
AIESL Recruitment 2024 Contract Period
The engagement is on a Fixed Term Contract for 5 years, which includes the training period. This contract may be extended depending on the company’s requirements and the candidate’s performance.
