Sr. Customer Service Executive
- Qualifications: Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 5 years of experience in fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling. Proficient in PC use with good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Salary: Rs. 28,605/- per month
- Upper Age Limit: 33 years (Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years)
Customer Service Executive
- Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern. Preference for candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or holding an Airline Diploma/Certified course such as Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO. Proficient in PC use with good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Salary: Rs. 27,450/- per month
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years (Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years)
Nature of Job Function
Sr. Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Executive: At the Airport, responsibilities include Passenger Check-in, Airline ticket reservation, Boarding, and all Terminal Functions. Ensuring Passenger and Airline satisfaction is crucial. Work pattern involves three shifts including night shifts irrespective of gender and one weekly off on a rotation basis.
Career Progression is based on performance and the number of years served. Entitlements include Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Privilege Leave, and eligibility for EPFO as per the rules.
