Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the posts must meet the following eligibility criteria:
For Teaching Associate
- Qualification: A Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Agriculture & Allied Sciences or a Master’s Degree in Agriculture & Allied Sciences with a 4-year/5-year Bachelor’s degree from ICAR-accredited universities/colleges.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for men and 45 years for women as of the interview date.
- Salary: Rs. 54,000 per month plus applicable HRA for Ph.D. holders and Rs. 49,000 per month plus HRA for Master’s degree holders.
For Teaching Assistant
- Qualification: A B.Sc. (Ag) or B.Tech. (Ag. Engg) degree of 4 years from ICAR-accredited universities/colleges.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of the interview date.
- Salary: Rs. 30,000 consolidated pay per month.
Other Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is purely on a temporary and contractual basis, and it will be terminated after 11 months.
- Selected candidates do not have any right to claim regular appointment or further continuation after the contract period.
- Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, testimonials, and one set of self-attested copies from matriculation onwards.
- The selected candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination at their own expense to ensure physical fitness.
