Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the respective posts before applying. The qualifications required for each position are as follows:
- Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 1st Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, plus a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Full Time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective, or a 1st class two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree along with CA/ICWA.
- Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Full Time Engineering Degree in relevant fields plus a two-year Post Graduate degree/diploma/MBA in Materials Management or related fields.
- Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class Full Time MCA, or 1st class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
- Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a subject at Graduation level, plus 2 years’ translation experience.
- Assistant Manager (Safety): A recognized Engineering/Technology degree with supervisory factory experience or relevant qualifications in Industrial Safety.
Age Limit
The maximum age limits for the posts are as follows:
- Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 35 years
- All Assistant Manager posts: 30 years
Relaxation in age limit is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government norms.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of an Online Test and an Interview:
- Online Test: 75% weightage
- Interview: 25% weightage
