- Young Professional-II:
- Essential: M.Tech in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering / Irrigation and Drainage Engineering / Farm Machinery and Power with B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering.
- Desirable: Field experience in installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems.
- Young Professional-I:
- Essential: Minimum 12th Standard pass with a 2-year Diploma in Agriculture or a 3-Year Under-Graduation degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.
- Desirable: Work experience in soil and plant analysis and knowledge about instruments used in soil and plant analysis.
- Semi-skilled Labour:
- Essential: Minimum 10th Standard pass and ability to perform routine laboratory and field work.
