Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA with specialization in Finance (full time two years) from a recognized University or Institution.
- Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge of MS Office, Accounting Packages, and Internet usage.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit, with at least 4 years in a relevant pay scale.
Company Secretary:
- Essential Qualification: Associate or Fellow Company Secretary-ship.
- Desirable Qualification: Degree in Law with specialization in Corporate Laws or CA/ICWA/MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of Secretarial and Managerial experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant pay scale.
Age Limit
- Manager (Finance & Accounts): Not exceeding 42 years.
- Company Secretary: Not exceeding 40 years.
- Departmental Candidates: Internal candidates may receive a 5-year age relaxation.
