Eligibility Criteria
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- B.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy with GATE/NET, OR
- M.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy in first division, OR
- M.Sc in Material Science/Metallurgy with NET/GATE.
Research Associate (RA)
- Ph.D in Material Science/Metallurgy, OR
- M.Tech with 3 years of research/teaching/design & development experience and at least one research paper in an SCI journal.
Age Limit
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum 28 years
- Research Associate (RA): Maximum 35 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH, 3 years for OBC candidates.
