Qualification Project Manager: Ph.D. in any discipline of Science or Mathematics with minimum 5 years of work experience out of which 3 years’ experience of working on Teacher capacity building / Teacher training programs on STEM subjects. Post-Graduate Degree in Science / Mathematics / Education with minimum 10 years’ experience on Teacher capacity building / Teacher training programs on STEM subjects is required. Teaching Associate: Post – Graduate Degree Science / Mathematics / Education. B. Tech / Bachler of Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (CGPA 5.5 and above). Teaching Assistant: Post-Graduate Degree Science / Mathematics / Education. B. Tech / Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (CGPA 5.5 and above). Administrative Assistant: Bachelors’ degree in Commerce / Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration (BBA) with minimum 50% marks / equivalent grade. Multi-Task Assistant: 12th pass in any discipline.
Salary Project Manager: Rs. 90,000/- to Rs 1,10,000/- per month depending upon qualification/s and experience/s Teaching Associate: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs.45,000/- per month depending upon qualification/s and experience/s. Teaching Assistant: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- per month depending upon qualification/s and experience/s. Administrative Assistant: Rs 30,000/- to Rs 40,000/- per month depending upon qualification/s and experience/s. Multi-Task Assistant: Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/- per month depending upon qualification/s and experience/s.
